Stylists, colorists, estheticians, lash and brow artists, barbers, massage therapists, and nail technicians serving the St. Johns, Jacksonville, Julington Creek and St. Augustine areas are all welcome. The one exception: the building is not equipped with the ventilation required for acrylic nail services.

Yes. Every tenant at XTC Salon Suites has 24/7 secure keyless access, so your hours are yours and you are never working around someone else's schedule.

Every suite comes with a sink and custom cabinetry, complimentary Wi-Fi, and the freedom to customize the space to fit your brand. Other equipment, like a shampoo bowl, styling chair, or esthetician table, is optional based on your profession. Tenants also share on-site laundry, a break room, a processing room, and a client lounge and coffee bar, and get a salon operations app included with their lease.
What size are the suites?
Single suites range from 120 to 150 square feet. Double and triple suites are available on request during pre-leasing for professionals who want more room or plan to grow a team. Book a tour and we can walk you through the options and help you find the right fit.
Are suites limited by profession?
Yes, and that is by design. XTC Salon Suites accepts all kinds of beauty professionals, but we limit how many of certain specialties join so the community stays diverse and no one is competing head-to-head for the same clients. Because XTC Salon Suites is primarily built for hair stylists, we welcome multiple stylists, colorists, and barbers. For specialties like estheticians, lash and brow artists, massage therapists, PMU artists, nail technicians, and injectors, spots are limited, often to one professional per category, so you can be the only one of your kind in the building. Availability depends on who has already signed, so the best way to find out about your specialty is to book a tour and we will let you know what is open.
